Fast Casual: Farmer Boys names Chief People Officer

The franchise has chosen industry veteran Tammy Jones to join its leadership team.

Farmer Boys announced a new member of its leadership team: Tammy Johns. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, Jones will serve as VP and chief people officer for the brand moving forward. 

In this role, Jones will head efforts to boost strategy and shape the brand's culture. The position will blend elements of policy administration with strategic learning. 

Jones is no stranger to the franchise industry, bringing over 25 years of experience to the role. Prior to joining the team at Farmer Boys, Jones was employed at a few franchisee holding companies. These businesses were responsible for management across hundreds of franchise locations for brands ranging from Burger King to T.G.I. Fridays.

"Tammy's vast experience with recruiting, employee retention, and people development will be a valuable asset to our company. I'm looking forward to partnering with her to make sure we are infusing our culture and values throughout the company. I'm excited about the impact I know she will have on our organization," said CEO Karen Eadon.
