According to a&nbsp;<a href="http://bit.ly/2tmOSVM?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-farmer-boys-names-chief-people-officer-2705827" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color:rgb(17, 85, 204)" target="_blank">recent article in Fast Casual</a>, Jones will serve as VP and chief people officer for the brand moving forward.&nbsp;

In this role, Jones will head efforts to boost strategy and shape the brand&#39;s culture. The position will blend elements of policy administration with strategic learning.&nbsp;

Jones is no stranger to the franchise industry, bringing over 25 years of experience to the role. Prior to joining the team at Farmer Boys, Jones was employed at a few franchisee holding companies. These businesses were responsible for management across hundreds of franchise locations for brands ranging from Burger King to T.G.I. Fridays.
