Restaurants are tapping to the excitement that spreads when fall comes around. While some operators jump on board the pumpkin train, others are trying different&nbsp;seasonal flavors or branching out completely. Here are a few of the highlights from limited-service restaurants:

Qdoba

If you are a Qdoba fan, you probably love their Queso. The Mexican fast casual recently added two new Queso flavors &ndash; Buffalo Bacon Queso and Queso Verde &ndash; on&nbsp;the menu for fall.

Taco Bell

Rolled Chicken tacos and five new dipping sauces are making waves on the Taco Bell fall menu. Nacho Cheese Sauce, Premium Guacamole, Salsa Spicy Ranch, and Reduced-Fat Sour Cream can be bought as a 12-pack combo for&nbsp;$10.99.

Dunkin&rsquo; Donuts

The donut chain is introducing an entire lineup of new products for the beginning of the holiday season. Cr&egrave;me Brulee macchiatos, lattes and coffees, along with a Candy Cane Crunch Donut are only a few on the list of new items.

Starbucks

Everyone knows about Pumpkin Spice Lattes, but the&nbsp;Seattle-based coffee chain is also featuring a Cheesecake Bar, Scone, Cream Cheese Muffin and Iced Sugar Cookie&mdash;all with the flavor of the season, Pumpkin.
