Fast Casual: Flame Broiler adds to Cali footprint

Flame Broiler has launched a brand new location in La Verne, California. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the restaurant will be franchisee Josh Fuentes' initial introduction to the franchise industry. In taking on this position, he is leaving behind a career at Southern California Gas Company to pursue the opportunity.

"The Inland Empire has always been a strong region for our brand, and I know La Verne will be no exception. As a brand, we're looking forward to watching Josh grow and developing a stronger presence within the community," said the brand's CEO, Young Lee.

Fuentes was drawn to the brand because of its focus on providing healthy options with the efficiency of a fast food restaurant. He took a special interest in the concept while working to adopt a healthy lifestyle himself and regularly visited his local restaurant. In opening a Flame Broiler of his own, Fuentes hopes to help others reach goals getting in shape and refreshing their diets.
