Fast Casual: Fork & Salad promotes director of operations
After four years with the company, Lauren Mann will step up as a resource for franchisees.
Fork & Salad has announced a shift in its leadership team. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand has named Lauren Mann the new director of operations and director of franchisee management. Mann has been with the company for four years.
In this role, she will be responsible for helping franchisees learn to develop, open and operate new stores. The company is confident that her personable communication style and solid organizational skills will be key in driving her success within this role.
"I've watched as they built Fork & Salad from the ground up, so I'm well-equipped to assist new franchisees through the same process and give them the resources they need to successfully run a Fork & Salad location in any market," she said.
