Rocket&#39;s, an Irish burger concept, is experiencing substantial growth four years after its founding. According to a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.fastcasual.com/articles/franchise-focus-irish-burger-joint-rocketing-to-success/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-franchise-focus-irish-burger-joint-rocketing-to-success-2705357" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color: rgb(17, 85, 204);" target="_blank">recent article in Fast Casual</a>, the brand aims to open 15 new locations each year across Europe.&nbsp;

Rocket&#39;s will open its first international location in Germany with plans to expand throughout the country through a partnership with a subsidiary called Areas. &nbsp;

&quot;Our strategic focus is franchising restaurants. In line with that, we are committed to expanding the Rocket&#39;s brand together with experienced franchise partners who have local market knowledge and who share our philosophy of food quality and our culture of hospitality and guest experience,&quot; said Tobi Lukaschek of parent company Rocket Restaurants.

Rocket Restaurants brings over 25 years of franchising experience to the table, which has helped the company create the framework necessary to ensure Rocket&#39;s becomes a success. It appears that the work is paying off as the brand was recently awarded Irish Franchise of the Year for 2017.
