According to&nbsp;<a href="https://bit.ly/2GF7QID?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-freshii-named-fastcasuals-top-brand-of-the-year-2706592" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color:rgb(17, 85, 204)" target="_blank">a recent article in Fast Casual</a>, the publication evaluated factors including innovation, growth and social responsibility when making this decision.

&quot;The idea behind our Movers and Shakers list is to recognize brands that are going beyond simply generating positive sales and unit growth. Judges identify the brands that are taking risks and making fundamental changes that are leading the industry. Based on that criteria, Freshii received our top spot this year,&quot; said Fast Casual editor, Cherryh Cansler.

Freshii has gained attention by offering a healthy and affordable menu. It has also excelled in staying on top of food trends and finding innovative ways to reach audiences such as gaining a place on airlines.

Last year, the healthy franchise saw positive same-store growth and grew to 370 locations globally. The brand&nbsp;hopes&nbsp;continue this strong momentum and reach 730 locations by the end of 2019. &nbsp;&nbsp;
