Valentine’s Day offers customers a chance to show their love for people or brands as restaurants run creative promotions.

Many people use Valentine’s Day as an opportunity to show their love, but it can also be a chance for restaurant operators to increase business according to a recent Fast Casual article. Brands create unique promotions to entice customers to come in, but it can often be a challenge since every brand is fighting for consumers' love on this day. Here is a list of what a few brands have come up with for the holiday this year.

The #QdobaForaKiss promotion will have customers kissing their significant others, friends or cell phones in stores to receive a second entrée for free after purchasing the first. At these participating locations, the promotion also will donate $1 to No Kid Hungry for every photo shared with the hashtag on social media.

Starbucks

Molten Chocolate beverages are back at Starbucks just in time for Valentine’s Day including the latte, Frappuccino, and hot chocolate. There will also be a variety of heart-shaped desserts and drinkware available for customers.

Bojangles’

Bojangles’ will be offering its Heart-Shaped Bo-Berry Biscuit for customers to enjoy or buy for their Valentines. On social media, customers who share how they are” breaking up with bland” with the hashtag #BreakingUpwithBland, will enter to win a trip to Bojangles’ hometown of Charlotte, N.C.
