Fast Casual: Hummus-flavored shake makes May debut at The Hummus & Pita Co.

The Hummus & Pita Co. has announced the release of a unique new dessert offering. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand is debuting a hummus-flavored in honor of National Hummus Day. On May 13th, fans will be able to try a free sample of the item. 

The shake is made with all-natural ingredients and is designed to mimic the flavors and textures of a traditional milkshake. The Hummus & Pita Co. will also offer a buy one get one free promotion on May 20th to celebrate one week after the initial release.

"Since launching our selection of dessert hummus last year to much fanfare, I was inspired to once again transform the Mediterranean ingredients found on the menu at The Hummus & Pita Co. into something new and unexpected," said founder Dave Pesso.
