Fast Casual: Hurricane Grill & Wings franchising fast casual concept

West Palm Beach will be the first city to host a franchise location for Hurricane Grill & Wings. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the location is due to open in just one month and will serve as a model for all future franchise locations.

The fast casual concept will be an evolution of the brand's existing lab in Ft. Lauderdale. Hurricane Grill & Wings has sold more than 50 locations and has plans to open them all within the next four years. Gainesville and Chicago will open shortly after the initial West Palm Beach restaurant.

"I'm a big fan of the Hurricane Grill brand and BTW is a great transition into the fast-casual environment featuring Hurricane Grill & Wings' best products. I'm excited to showcase the restaurant to our customers," said Gainesville franchisee, Jack Gandolfo.
