Fast Casual: Main Squeeze Juice Co. rolling out food truck
This will be the brand's first move away from its brick-and-mortar location model.
Main Squeeze Juice Co. is venturing outside of its traditional restaurant model. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand will be introducing a food truck. This new model will make its debut in August in Texas, serving the Katy, Richmond and Flusher communities.
The food truck will feature a condensed version of the brand's usual menu. It will be owned and operated by Justin LeBleu, who has also signed on to run two traditional locations. The first of these brick-and-mortar stores will open within the next year in Katy.
Main Squeeze Juice Co. continues to grow, with currently over a dozen locations in various stages of development.
