On Monday, <a href="https://www.fastcasual.com/news/nekter-joins-the-100-club/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-nekter-joins-the-100-club-2705550" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line: none;">Fast Casual</a> announced that <a href="https://www.google.com/search?q=neker+juice+bar+1851+franchie&amp%3Brlz=1C5CHFA_enUS772US772&amp%3Boq=neker+juice+bar+1851+franchie&amp%3Baqs=chrome..69i57.6607j0j7&amp%3Bsourceid=chrome&amp%3Bie=UTF-8&utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-nekter-joins-the-100-club-2705550" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line: none;">Nekter Juice Bar,</a> the fast-growing smoothie and juice franchise, has opened its 100th unit. The restaurant has the juice category&#39;s highest AUV&nbsp;of $837,263 according to Steve Schulze, the brand&#39;s co-founder&nbsp;and CEO.

&quot;We&#39;ve essentially disrupted and redefined the juice bar experience,&quot; he said in the release. &quot;While other concepts are just now talking about eliminating unhealthy or unnatural ingredients, our menu has always been 100 percent fresh and clean with the added bonus of being incredibly delicious. And, really, we&#39;ve just begun.&quot;

After only launching into franchising in 2016, Nekter is planning to have 425 restaurants by 2020. With 81 percent of franchisees owning multiple units, the franchis&nbsp;is well on its way to exponential growth.
