Fast Casual: Panera Bread Named ICX Influencer of the Year

At the annual Interactive Customer Experience Summit, Panera Bread accepted ICX’s Influencer of the Year award

As many fast-casual franchises are looking to leverage technology to change the way customers interact with their brand, Panera Bread has been making significant strides.

This year, the brand was recognized for demonstrating an innovative use of technology to enhance the consumer experience. According to Fast Casual, Panera Bread was named this year’s winner of IXCA's Influencer of the Year award during the Interactive Customer Experience Summit held in Dallas, Texas.

The award acknowledges the brand’s continued dedication to creating innovative and engaging digital experiences for its customers. Some of those experiences include rapid pickup, fast-lane kiosks, catering and delivery, all designed to let the consumer choose the way they want to eat.
