Fast Casual: Pieology planting flag in Mexico City

Select Mexican cities will soon be enjoying a new pizza offering. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, Pieology will be taking up roots in the country with 47 planned locations. The company has partnered with a holding company called OPFRA S.A. de C.V. to make this initiative a reality.

"The key to success in launching an international franchise is the selection of outstanding and successful business people as our franchisees," said Pieology's VP of franchise development. "We are excited to partner with the ownership group of OPFRA and their vast depth of professional business connections, especially in the real estate development sector."

Pizza is a huge market in Mexico, and the brand hopes to attract the attention of locals by offering high quality ingredients and personalization options.
