Pokeatery has announced its first East Coast opening, set for Charlotte, North Carolina. The location is expected to open its doors next year. For Pok&eacute;works,&nbsp;expansion will occur across the nation with as it prepares for the launch&nbsp;of over 100 new locations. This development is planned to take place over the next two years.&nbsp;
