Fast Casual: Potbelly Sandwich Shop opens catering kitchen in Plano, Texas
This opening marks the brand's third catering kitchen.
Potbelly Sandwich Shop is continuing its venture into catering with it's most recent opening. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand has opened the doors to its third catering kitchen. The Plano, Texas-based location will run alongside 37 Potbelly restaurants in the area.
The brand's catering system offers individual lunch boxes, boxes of sandwiches, soups, salads and cookies. All orders come stocked with menus, plates, utensils, napkins and condiments.
Chicago and northern Virginia are home to Potbelly's two other catering kitchens.
