Pret A Manger has provided an added incentive for fans to try its new mobile app. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand will be treating the first 50,000 users to five free cups of coffee.
"Our hardworking teams take great pride in being generous and having fun with customers. We're pleased that this new app will give us even more opportunity to brighten their days with random acts of kindness, as well as being able to offer an even faster and more personalized customer experience," said president Jo Brett.
The mobile app will incorporate a loyalty program where users earn a free drink for every eight that they purchase. The app will also allow users to find their nearest location and to pay for their orders within the platform.
