Fast Casual: Red Mango hits jackpot with Harrah's location

Gamblers are in luck! According to a recent article in Fast Casual, Red Mango has opened a new location inside a Harrah's Laughlin Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas.

"As consumers expect healthier options, we have more opportunity to open up stores in non-traditional locations. The Red Mango menu has something everyone can enjoy, whether it's a healthy snack or a sweet treat," said Craig Erich, president of the brand's parent company.

Franchisee Kathy Ochs said she was looking to bring a healthy and unique option to the casino's food court. She chose Red Mango because the brand is well known and will attract the attention of casino patrons.
