Fast Casual: Squisito Pizza & Pasta opens 6th Maryland unit
The brand has plans for an additional two openings this summer and a focus on franchising in the East.
Squisito Pizza & Pasta continues to grow. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand has opened the doors to its latest corporate-owned location in Ellicott City Maryland. The store will be managed by Monte Restaurant Development Group, while day to day operations will be handled by Michele and Gennaro DiMeo.
The brand currently resides in Maryland and Virginia. With the opening of this new location, Squisito has reached six total units in Maryland. The brand expects another two locations to open in summer of 2018. Additionally, the company will focus on franchise development along the Easter seaboard.
The brand is known for serving up family recipes These can be traced back to the Italian heritage of Founder Gennaro DiMeos, who was originally from Naples.
