With the official start of summer comes a chance for restaurants to refresh their menus with new LTOs. According to a <a href="https://www.fastcasual.com/articles/summer-time/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-summer-ltos-focus-on-providing-healthful-options-2703117" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">recent Fast Casual article</a>, many brands are upping their game in the healthy eating department for the new season. Here are a few of the summer deals hitting your plate.

Jason&rsquo;s Deli

In support of cancer risk reduction, the deli is focusing on a new salad with fish. The Salmon Pacifica Salad has only 450 calories and includes Alaska sockeye salmon, organic field greens,&nbsp;fresh-chopped avocado, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled red onions with a cucumber-dill vinaigrette.

Qdoba

Fire-Roasted Shrimp is a new summer addition to the Mexican fast casual&rsquo;s menu. Surf and Turf Burrito Bowl, Tropical Shrimp Tacos or Fire-Roasted Shrimp Salad are the three ways that Qdoba is encouraging customers to try its latest new ingredient.

Au Bon Pain

Want a little relief from the summer heat? Au Bon Pain has created a few seasonal recipes just for you then. The brand&#39;s Lobster Sandwich, Mediterranean Chicken &amp; Tabouli Salad and Herb Chicken Salad Sandwich are light and delicious recipes to enjoy through Aug. 28.
