Fast Casual: Taboonette Middleterranean Kitchen Awarding Franchise Deals

Fast Casual is reporting New York City’s Taboonette Middleterranean Kitchen is now franchising. The Middle Eastern and Mediterranean restaurant has partnered with Gary Occhiogrosso, the founder of Franchise Growth Solutions, to help grow the brand from its single location in Union Square to 24 more over the next four years.

According to Occhiogrosso, Taboonette’s model is ripe for franchising, with a convenient, inexpensive and health-conscious concept that has made fans eager for more locations.

"The mash-up of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines has resulted in one of the most talked about franchises of the year: Taboonette,” he said in a press release. "The popularity of Taboonette’s convenient, budget-friendly and healthy dining options is fueling the franchise market for a turnkey, fast casual.”
