According to a&nbsp;<a href="https://bit.ly/2qOEhOT?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-the-hummus-pita-co-signs-los-angeles-deal-2706334" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color:rgb(17, 85, 204)" target="_blank">recent article in Fast Casual</a>, the brand will do so through an agreement signed with franchisee Dan Markel. He brings years of experience operating franchise locations to the table and plans to have three of the locations open by the end of the year.

&quot;As someone who has an extensive experience opening franchised restaurants, I can confidently say that The Hummus &amp; Pita Co.&#39;s operational and franchisee support is some of the best I&#39;ve ever seen in my career,&quot; he said.

Currently, the brand has a total of three locations. These are based in the New York City area. In the coming year, the brand plans to extend its reach into five new states.&nbsp;
