Fast Casual: The Lost Cajun appoints COO, CDO

The Lost Cajun has announced the addition of two new executives to its leadership team. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand has filled the positions of chief development officer and chief operating officer. 

Richard Berns, formerly of Del Taco and Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, will serve as COO. He is no stranger to leadership, having spent a decade in an executive role. Richard Leveille who previously spent 25 years at Smoothie King, will serve as The Lost Cajun's CDO.

"I have the utmost confidence in these gentlemen based upon their previous accomplishments and demonstrated performance in our industry," said founder Raymond Griffin.
