Following the signing of a multi-unit agreement, the company is on track to open six new locations.

&quot;The Lost Cajun has proven to be just that and is now seeing rapid growth throughout the country. I am thrilled to bring The Lost Cajun&#39;s culture into western North Carolina,&quot; said franchisee Steve Galloway.

Galloway, a veteran of the franchise industry, will assume the role of owner and operator for all six locations. These restaurants are planned to open within the next four years. &nbsp;
