Fast Casual: The Lost Cajun to expand North Carolina footprint
Franchise industry veteran, Steve Galloway will open six locations in the next four years.
The Lost Cajun will be growing its presence within North Carolina. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand will be focused on the western area of the state. Following the signing of a multi-unit agreement, the company is on track to open six new locations.
"The Lost Cajun has proven to be just that and is now seeing rapid growth throughout the country. I am thrilled to bring The Lost Cajun's culture into western North Carolina," said franchisee Steve Galloway.
Galloway, a veteran of the franchise industry, will assume the role of owner and operator for all six locations. These restaurants are planned to open within the next four years.
