Fast Casual: The Pie Hole names CEO

The Pie Hole is officially welcoming a new member to its leadership team. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the Los Angeles-based brand has named Edie Ames as its new CEO. Ames will help the brand continue on its path of domestic and international expansion. 

Ames is no stranger the franchise industry, bringing over 30 years of prior experience to this new role. She has worked for an assortment of companies including Morton's Steakhouse, The Cheesecake Factory and Del Frisco's Restaurant Group. 

"We are excited to welcome Edie to The Pie Hole team, as we know her vast experience in the restaurant industry will help us exceed the goals we've set for the company. Edie's passion for the industry matches the passion we had when we initially opened The Pie Hole, and we have full confidence she will carry the concept to its full potential," said co-founder Sean Brennan.

The Pie Hole specializes in serving up a variety of pies and coffee options. Currently, the brand has locations open in California, North Carolina and Japan.
