Tropical Smoothie has plans to open an additional eight locations in Florida. According to a&nbsp;<a href="http://bit.ly/2CLOXT0?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-tropical-smoothie-cafe-signs-multi-unit-deal-for-florida-expansion-2705062" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color: rgb(17, 85, 204);" target="_blank">recent article</a>&nbsp;in Fast Casual, the deal was signed with existing Tampa franchisee Emily Harrington. Prior to the new deal, she owned an existing four locations and had plans to open a fifth in January. This will expand her ownership to a total of thirteen units.

Harrington hopes to one day own a total of fifty locations across the state of Florida. She is no stranger to franchising as she previously owned nearly fifty&nbsp;Hardee&#39;s locations.&nbsp;
