Arzu, Fusun&nbsp;and&nbsp;Gonca developed the all of the details of the Flatbread Grill&nbsp;down to creating the logo, establishing a branded interior and building a menu featuring authentic cuisine. The menu focuses on healthy Turkish dishes and caters to a variety of dietary preferences including vegan offerings.&nbsp;
