Fast Casual: Turkish-American sisters now franchising Flatbread Grill

A decade after its inception, the Mediterranean concept is entering the world of franchising.

Arzu, Fusun and Gonca Esendemir began their Mediterranean bakery in Hoboken a decade ago and are now taking steps towards expansion. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the sisters have decided that it is time to franchise their business in order to meet consumer demand.

Arzu, Fusun and Gonca developed the all of the details of the Flatbread Grill down to creating the logo, establishing a branded interior and building a menu featuring authentic cuisine. The menu focuses on healthy Turkish dishes and caters to a variety of dietary preferences including vegan offerings.

"We believe now is the time to franchise because our operations are efficient, and there is growing demand for our type of cuisine. We are looking for franchisees who can add value, grow with us and represent our family and business values," said Gonca.

According to the article, the concept will be available for a franchise fee of $42,000, while the investment will range from $266,0000 and $777,0000.
