Fast Casual: Vegas Capriotti's Changes Logo for Stanley Cup final
In recognition of its hometown team, the franchise is temporarily changing the names of its shop and dishes.
Capriotti's is showing support for its hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the brand has temporarily changed its name to Knightriotti's in a show of support for Stanley Cup finalists, the Vegas Golden Knights.
"Despite our name, Capriotti's couldn’t be more proud of our heroic, history-making Las Vegas team," said President Jason Smylie.
In addition to the name change, the brand has given different dishes names that follow the theme. Two examples of this include the knightastrami and the Fleury.
