Fast Casual: Wingstop is testing delivery in Chicago

This process proved successful in Las Vegas when the brand saw a ten percent sales increase.

Wingstop's success in delivery tests in the Las Vegas market has lead the brand to expand its trial to a new city. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the company is partnering with DoorDash for a trial in the Chicago market. 

"Today's guests want to enjoy the food they crave from the brands they love in the most convenient way possible. We were extremely pleased with the results from our Las Vegas test and are excited about the possibilities that our Chicago delivery test will bring," said CEO Charlie Morrison. 

The brand has a strong presence in Chicago with 50 open locations. To add incentive for consumers to try out the delivery process, Wingstop will be offering certain menu items exclusively through this service. This process proved successful in Las Vegas when the brand saw a ten percent sales increase.
