This new addition is intended to streamline the customer experience and comes as part of the company&#39;s efforts to embrace technology. The brand previously integrated kiosk ordering into its locations.

&quot;When you ordered from the kiosk before, you&#39;re still dealing with an employee that&#39;s giving you the food.&nbsp;Now you&#39;re getting your food through a cubby. You&#39;re not getting someone who&#39;s frazzled to hand you the food. The hospitality factor has definitely increased,&quot; said president Geoff Alexander.

Wow Bao hopes that the cubbies will help boost mobile orders and increase the brand&#39;s growth momentum.
