Pincho Factory has named former franchise president Jayson Tipp as CEO. FastCasual shared that Tipp previously served as chief development officer of Papa Murphy's and has a reputation as an expert in analytics, marketing and development. Former CEO Otto Othman will transition into a consulting role before he begins to open new restaurants under the brand.

"Jayson is a seasoned executive with a broad range of experience leading teams in the restaurant industry," Ahmad said in the release. "He is a critical thinker and in just a short period of time, has already played a role in shaping the future of our company. We are fortunate to have him as our next CEO at a very exciting time for our brand."

Pincho Factory was named as one of the Top 100 Movers and Shakers of 2018 and currently has five franchised locations and five company-owned locations.
