The first location was open in fall 2014 and Hybl said he plans to expand in new markets in the coming months.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&#8220;We&#8217;re grateful to celebrate a successful first year and can&#8217;t wait to meet new neighbors in the Poncey-Highland community,&#8221; Hybl said in a statement. &#8220;As we begin our transition from a single restaurant to a multi-location brand, our team continues to draw inspiration from our mission to provide an exciting alternative to mainstream fast food.&#8221;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Customers at gusto! place their orders at the counter from a three-step menu that includes a choice of protein, a base of mixed greens, brown rice or flatbread.
