Franchise Bible Coach Radio: Premium Service Brands Partners with Susquehanna Private Capital

Co-Head of Susquehanna Private Capital Kyle Squillario becomes Premium Service Brands’ newest investor.

The industry leader in home service franchise brands, Premium Service Brands, recently got a new investor: Susquehanna Private Capital. SPC is known for working with other players in the home service industry, like Quality Collision Group and Mosquito Authority, which will make the partnership with PSB a successful one. In a recent Franchise Bible Radio podcast, PSB’s CEO Paul Flick and Co-Head of SPC Kyle Squillario further discussed their partnership.

Having SPC as an investor will be a game-changer for PSB; the company can expand its footprint and cater to even more customers’ needs with the backing of an investor with experience. For a bit of background, SPC targets U.S. companies with $3 million to $15 million in EBITDA. While PSB started out as just one single brand, it has since grown to seven, including Renew Crew, the eco-friendly power washing franchise. In the podcast, Squillario said he had to seek out Flick numerous times before he ever got a response, to which Flick replied, “I wish I would have answered the phone sooner.”

With funding from SPC, Renew Crew and all PSB brands will continue to strengthen their presence in their core lines of business while expanding into the rapidly growing home services industry.

“We’re really excited about this partnership,” Flick told Franchise Bible Radio. “It brings a lot of different value to Premium Service Brands and Renew Crew in particular. As an entrepreneur, I have to make a lot of decisions and now I have a partner who I can bounce ideas off of. Kyle and his team have been in the industry for years bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. This will allow us to make bigger acquisitions and scale even quicker to reinvest back into the system.”
