Franchise Canada: MaidPro Franchisee Shares His Routine for a ‘Sweeping Success’
MaidPro franchisee David Buckler discusses how his routine has changed since he expanded to two MaidPro locations in Alberta.
In a recent interview with Franchise Canada, David Buckler, a two-unit franchise owner with MaidPro, discussed how his daily routine has changed since expanding to two locations and developing his team.
“I have phenomenal staff, and I trust them to run my business, day in and day out, with me here or not,” he said. “But it’s human nature to get comfortable, and so the owner has to be the one to keep their foot on the pedal.”
Buckler opened his first MaidPro in opened his first store in 2008 and has now opened his second in Alberta, Canada.
