Ann Littmann started as an intern with <a href="http://www.safewaydriving.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=franchise-times-ann-littmann-of-safeway-driving-talks-about-her-move-from-intern-to-ceo-11494" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">SafeWay Driving</a> when it was just a small company in Texas with 5 locations. Now, six years later, she has been promoted to CEO of the company. 
 
Through her time moving up the ranks, Littmann and the team spent time focusing on the technology within <a href="http://safewaydriving.1851franchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=franchise-times-ann-littmann-of-safeway-driving-talks-about-her-move-from-intern-to-ceo-11494" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">SafeWay Driving</a>&nbsp;and developing an online curriculum for students to learn on their own time.&nbsp; 
Littmann is remaining focused on developing in areas where there are less strict rules for behind-the-wheel driving. 
 
&quot;We&#39;re really focused on our growth opportunities on areas where there&#39;s a certain number of behind the wheel training hours required,&quot; Littmann told the Franchise Times reporter. 
 
Littmann will also remained focus on growing the SafeWay Driver&#39;s Ed At Your Speed program, one that is designed for students on the autism spectrum.&nbsp;
