Franchise Times: Level 5 Buys 112 Orangetheory Studios Plus More Bold Deals
Multi-brand franchisor Threshold Brands was highlighted by Franchise Times as one of the top franchise investments in 2022.
As reported in a recent Franchise Times article, Threshold Brands has completed its acquisition of Plumbing Heating Paramedics, which was first announced in the summer of 2021. The multi-brand home-services franchisor has also launched two franchise opportunities under new brand names, Plumbing Paramedics and Heating + Air Paramedics.
The plumbing and HVAC companies were founded in 2011 by Ryan Carpenter and are based in Noblesville, Indiana.
