FranNet has had a strong start to 2024, with increased interest from a diverse range of potential consultants and strategic marketing initiatives. As the brand continues to attract new talent and expand its influence, FranNet is well-positioned for continued success throughout the remainder of the year.

FranNet has seen a significant uptick in activity from a broader demographic spectrum. Traditionally appealing to baby boomers, the company has now observed a heightened interest from Generation X.

“We are witnessing an increased interest in some new segments of people,” said Jania Bailey, FranNet CEO. “We're seeing people within the middle-older range of Generation X starting to increase their activity. This is especially true of those aged between 45 and 54; we've seen a 53% increase in their interest levels and engagement with our brand.”

This demographic expansion aligns with FranNet’s strategic focus on reaching untapped markets and diverse communities. The company has also welcomed new consultants this year, demonstrating a healthy growth trajectory.

“We have had a good show of interest so far this year with new people joining. We are incredibly excited about the direction in which we are heading,” said Bailey.

One significant internal development is the promotion of Mario Castrejon to vice president of marketing. Castrejon, who joined FranNet in March 2022, has greatly contributed to the brand’s success over the past two years.

"Mario has made a significant impact since he joined us and was more than ready for this opportunity,” said Bailey. “He's doing an amazing job and we can’t wait to see what he accomplishes going forward.”

In addition to new leadership in the marketing arena, FranNet's marketing strategies have evolved, as well, particularly in digital marketing. The brand's investment in this area is quickly paying off.

“We've invested quite a bit in our digital marketing staff, and we're already seeing a lot of activity, so we're very pleased with that,” said Bailey.

This digital push is complemented by ongoing national and local partnerships, which remain a major referral source for new consultants.

As FranNet looks to the future, its goals include targeting underserved communities, rural areas and secondary markets within the United States. This focus not only broadens the company's reach but also fosters growth in areas that can benefit from FranNet’s services.
