Fresno Bee: Which Wich Opens First Fresno Location

Which Wich is coming to Clovis, CA, where it will open in the Sierra Vista Mall. Thought the brand has nearly 400 units, this will be the first in the Fresno area.

The customizable sandwich shop utilizes brown paper bags to mark desired ingredients with red Sharpies. The restaurant has pre-made suggestions available as well. Which Wich owner Brian Luternauer says his favorite is The Wicked, which includes five different meats and three cheeses.

The restaurant officially opened December 5, and Luternauer is looking to add a future location in northeast Fresno.
