Participating Carl&rsquo;s Jr. and Hardee&rsquo;s restaurants are bringing back the Froot Loops Mini Donuts for a limited time, according <a href="https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2019/02/19/hardees-carls-jr-bringing-back-froot-loops-mini-donuts/2884965002/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=froot-loops-mini-donuts-make-return-at-carls-jr-and-hardees-2709211" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">to a USA Today report</a>. 

The sweet treats will be offered at Hardee&rsquo;s beginning Feb. 25 and at Carl&rsquo;s Jr. starting on Feb. 27, according to the article.

The Froot Loops Mini Donuts should prove to be a nice business boost for the two franchise chains. The article noted that the snack first debuted in August of 2018 and sold out within a matter of weeks.

Owen Klein, the vice president of global culinary innovation of CKE Restaurants, which is the parent company of both Hardee&rsquo;s and Carl&rsquo;s Jr., said in a statement that &ldquo;We know our fans craved these nostalgic treats, and we&rsquo;re thrilled to bring this fun innovation back to our menu this spring,&rdquo; according to the article.
