&quot;Great Clips has what customers really want &mdash; great quality haircuts that are easy to book with known wait times and at a reasonable price,&quot; Caron said. &quot;We deliver on our promise, and our growth has shown it.&rdquo;

One of the drivers of Great Clips&rsquo; growth is its technology. The online check-in app was the first of its kind. Customers simply hit &ldquo;Check In,&rdquo; and the app pulls up a map of all locations and wait times. They select their check in location, show up, and walk-ins can&rsquo;t get ahead of them. This app creates brand loyalty, which is also facilitated by the Chip Notes program that stores notes on a customer&rsquo;s preferred haircut and can be accessed around the world. The brand&#39;s utilization of these technologies has helped them dominate the market, reporting 51 quarters of same-store sales growth.

According to Great Clips&rsquo; COO and incoming President, Rob Goggins, Winnipeg boasts a lot of elements that work in Great Clips&rsquo; favor.
