Former Navy fighter pilot Dave Dequeljoe is stepping in to lend a helping hand to Greenwich residents with fitness goals. He and partner Amber Alagich are opening GYMGUYZ in the community, the no excuses gym concept that brings the workouts right to your door.
 
“We’re working out in a smarter manner,” Alagich said to the publication. “We want to come up with a system that works for you long term.”
 
Dave got involved with the wellness industry after an injury prevented him from training like he used to. After finding success with a massage franchise he met Amber and they decided to team up for this new venture.
 
GYMGUYZ was founded in 2008 by CEO Josh York. Based in Long Island the mobile personal training concept has grown rapidly throughout the Northeast and the country. Currently there is one other GYMGUYZ location in Connecticut with ten more territories up for grabs in the state.
 
“We will be the largest fitness brand in the world in 15 years,” York told Greenwich Time.
