GRAPEVINE, Texas — Griswold, a leader in non-medical home care franchising, recently wrapped up its 2025 Annual Franchise Conference, entitled “Pioneering Innovation,” which was held in Grapevine, Texas. Franchisees, home office staff, and industry partners gathered for four days to focus on strategic planning, empowering owners, and showcasing new technologies designed to enhance caregiving services nationwide.
The conference began with CEO Michael Slupecki delivering opening remarks that set the tone for innovation and quality care, announcing Griswold's prestigious recognition as a 2025 Best of Home Care® Endorsed National Provider by Activated Insights for the third consecutive year.
“This recognition underscores our ongoing commitment to providing the highest standard of care across our national network,” said Slupecki. “This year's conference was particularly impactful as we focused on pioneering new technologies and strengthening our community to better support franchisees, caregivers, and clients alike.”
Innovation was a central theme, highlighted by strategic partnerships at the event. Key sponsors, including WellSky and Zingage, shared their collaborative approach to addressing caregiver turnover through innovative incentive programs designed to enhance productivity, engagement, and recruitment. These initiatives aim to significantly improve caregiver satisfaction and retention rates across the Griswold network.
Another highlight was the introduction of Griswold Care Plus, a cutting-edge virtual monitoring solution powered by Sensi.AI. Griswold Care Plus provides continuous remote audio monitoring to proactively detect falls, physical distress, cognitive decline, medication errors, potential infections, and other health risks, ensuring client safety and peace of mind for families.
The keynote address by strategic planning expert Carrie Gray, founder of Gray Breakthroughs and co-owner of Griswold's New Castle County franchise, delivered powerful insights on strategic growth and decision-making. Through her F.I.T.T.S framework — addressing Feasibility, Impact, Time, Total Cost, and Sustainability — Gray emphasized the importance of adopting a strategic mindset to drive meaningful growth.
“Carrie’s insights resonated deeply with our franchise partners, equipping them with practical tools to confidently make strategic decisions that drive long-term success,” said Slupecki.
VP of Marketing Shelley Kanther also unveiled Griswold’s ambitious brand awareness campaign plans for 2025, designed to amplify the brand's presence and position Griswold franchisees for sustained growth into the future.
One of the most notable events of the conference was the annual Griswold Awards Reception. Standout franchisees were recognized for their exceptional contributions, including:
- Client & Caregiver Satisfaction Award – Gary Hawkins, Berks County, PA
- Marketing Award – Bachich Group, operating in FL, NJ, and SC
- New Owner Award – Vinita Rajpal, South Palm Beach, FL

- Innovation Award – Howard Group, Connecticut

During the event, known as the Blue Jean Jam, attendees raised over $130,000 to support the Jean Griswold Foundation's caregiver scholarships, showcasing the Griswold community’s dedication to fostering the next generation of caregiving professionals.
Closing the conference, Slupecki delivered an inspiring call to action, urging franchisees to leverage the tools, insights, and innovations discussed to continue providing exceptional care and strengthening their businesses.
“The passion and dedication of our franchisees are what drive Griswold forward,” concluded Slupecki. “We leave this conference inspired, united, and ready to embrace the opportunities ahead.”
