Harris Poll Ranks Subway, Five Guys Among Favorite U.S. Restaurant Chains
An annual study looked at data for thousands of brands in different categories.
A study by The Harris Poll found that Five Guys is America’s favorite burger restaurant while Subway is tied for first place in the sandwich shop category with Panera Bread, according to a Business Insider report.
The Harris Poll’s EquiTrend study looked at data for more than 3,000 brands in categories such as media, finance, entertainment and restaurants. More than 77,000 U.S. consumers assessed the brands, according to the article.
The Cheesecake Factory and Texas Roadhouse tied for the top spot in the casual dining category. Chick-Fil-A topped the chicken restaurant list, and Krispy Kreme won the coffee shop category.
