Franchise Marketing Radio, a podcast and radio show for those interested in franchising, spoke with Mike Gould, founder and CEO of Hounds Town USA, about how the interactive doggie daycare brand increased its overall visitors, new dogs and evaluations by more than 250% in Q3 and is look forward to continuing its substantial growth into 2021 despite the pandemic.
“When I say [doggie daycare] is a necessity, the dogs come to doggie daycare, they play from 7 o’clock in the morning to 7 o’clock at night and they come home and pass out,” said Gould. “So their needs are met at Hounds Town. The human’s needs are met when they get their dog home.”
Gould also discussed the ideal franchisee for Hounds Town USA and how they divide territories for franchisees in new markets.
