According to Ken Caldwell, vice president of development for&nbsp;<a href="http://yourpie.1851franchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=houston-chronicle-your-pie-plans-houston-expansion-10291" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Your&nbsp;Pie</a>, the 40+ unit brand sees Houston as a &quot;a vibrant city&quot; with a large population and a concentration of young families, young professionals and millennials that the company targets. 
 
&quot;We believe that the greater Houston area has the capacity to support 20+ locations once fully developed,&quot; Caldwell told the Houston Chronicle.
