Jean Durham, a 22-year Marine Corps Communication Strategy and Operations Officer, knows the meaning of perseverance and teamwork. Now she is leveraging her experience with those concepts as an executive coach at Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching (ILEC), the world’s top executive coaching franchise.

“It is my desire to help leaders become the absolute best versions of themselves,'' said Durham, who is currently transitioning out of the Marine Corps and was recently certified as an Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach. “I want to help change the world.”
