Which Wich’s superior sandwiches and the laid-back vibe of the brand inspired Katie & Ryan Madoch to invest.

1851: What made you initially attracted to the brand?
Which Wich Superior Sandwiches Franchisee Katie Madoch: My husband and I loved the build your own concept of Which Wich and the unique ordering system. The menu offers a variety of delicious sandwiches, but it’s awesome that you can make your own, too. Our restaurant has been open for over five years and we haven’t turned back since - we love it!

1851: How do you absorb content/media today?
Madoch: I watch the news every day and read news online, mostly
