According to a<a href="https://www.qsrmagazine.com/news/i-mac-cheese-sells-first-food-truck-franchise?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=i-mac-cheese-to-launch-first-food-truck-franchise-location-2708126" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration:none" target="_blank"> recent article on QSR Magazine</a>, former general manager Hector Gonzales will be the owner and operator of this mobile location. The food truck will feature the same menu as brick-and-mortar locations and be staffed by three employees at a time. 

&ldquo;We want to see our franchised business and franchisees take advantage of new business trends. We are happy that we were able to sell the first food truck franchise to Hector. He has been a valued member of our team and he understands the I &hearts; Mac &amp; Cheese brand. I know Hector will succeed. And, we are looking forward to selling more food truck franchises around the country,&rdquo; said CEO Stephen Giordanella.

The truck is set to make its debut this week in Palm Beach County, Florida. It will give updates on its location via social media channels.
