&ldquo;The south Charlotte area is booming right now. My team would be remiss to not sign on to this prime piece of real estate,&rdquo; shared Pandoria. &ldquo;We initially signed the lease for the location last summer and construction is slated to start next month.&rdquo;

Pandoria found the store when scouting with an agent for another franchisee location. Both he and the agent knew that the opportunity was too good to pass up. &ldquo;Each brand is different&mdash;finding the right location certainly depends on the concept and what constitutes a good location for each brand. A franchisor should always communicate what they are looking for to their broker and always educate your broker on your brand&rsquo;s criteria. For example, who is your target market and clientele, what kind of center/area do you see your brand in? However, most importantly look for a broker who is going to learn about your business and brand and present real estate sites that match your criteria.&rdquo;

Pandoria and team plan to open <a href="https://idolizebrowsandbeauty.1851franchise.com/info/index.html?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=idolize-brows-and-beauty-knows-the-value-of-prime-real-estate-2706403" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Idolize&rsquo;s</a> new location under corporate ownership, but would love to see a franchisee sign on to take over the spa in 2018. This will be the seventh corporate-owned location for the franchise and would be a great opportunity for a new franchisee to take over a turn-key store. The brand is in a strong position and only has plans to open more locations in 2018 and 2019.&nbsp;

&ldquo;We know it&rsquo;s going to be a successful store, due, in part, to the location and the market it&rsquo;s in. It&rsquo;s hard to find a good piece of real estate in an up-and-coming shopping center, we were excited to have the opportunity,&rdquo; said Pandoria.
