Executive Coach Dennis Pierce Set to Become the “Personal Trainer” for Leadership Development

With three decades of experience, Pierce is creating a better working environment for generations to come.

As a leadership development coach and committed father, Dennis Pierce says that executive coaching is all about building a better workplace for his children.

“Talent development and helping drive a company’s cultural transformation led me focus on coaching. I realized that you can have the greatest product, service or mission statement in the world — but if you can't rally the talent, achieving business results is merely a wish,” Pierce said.

“Executive coaching is about shifting mindsets, to unlock a leader’s full potential – and their team’s potential - and building those best places to work for my children. I want to help foster a culture that individuals are excited about contributing, where teams feel heard and can safely collaborate without fear of failure. Emerging leaders and high potentials are easily lost if you don’t have the appropriate leader in place to ignite that passion and purpose in performing their duties; it’s only a matter of time until they begin to look elsewhere for that type of organization to invest their time and energy.”

The leadership coach from the Seattle area has 30 years experience managing enterprise account relationships and the teams that support them. Pierce has been imparting his three decades worth of wisdom to our country’s leaders as a coach since March 2021.

“I have this immense experience in the professional world, along with a passion for business and for people; coaching allows me to focus on crafting my practice while helping others achieve their desired business results,” he said.

After 26 years working within the same organization, Pierce said he was ready to become a devoted career coach for America’s executives and potential future leaders.

“I came out of that organization excited for the next step in my professional career, and the time invested in talent development and driving transformation during that tenure led me to coaching,” he said. “Every client is looking for change, and that begins internally, whether they're looking at executive coaching because they realize they can perform at a higher level, they see their team has the potential to perform at a higher level or they're looking at their culture and everything that's happened recently and saying, ‘We need to do something differently.’”

A leadership coach brings a very valuable factor into the mix, Pierce said, and that’s accountability.

“How well do New Year’s resolutions usually work on your own? Not great, right?” he said. “Now add in a personal trainer, and you have accountability. That’s what an executive coach can do for leadership.”

Pierce uses his decades of experience to determine the best method for coaching each individual leader, tailoring tactics that will earn the best results.

“My approach is really a human-centric approach to designing and implementing strategies that drive business results,” Pierce said. “I genuinely believe there is massive potential in every individual, and by empowering them throughout the process of executing your strategy you will not only achieve your desired business results but also create a more formidable work environment.”
