Beef 'O' Brady's is looking to expand into Liberty Township, Ohio, and plans to open a up a new location in the area within the next six to nine months. The Journal-News spoke to the brand's director of development, Jamie Cecil, to learn more about its plans for future expansion and what strategies work when entering a new town.

“One of the things we find … that works well is that small-town strategy, where our owners really get involved in the community, really kind of lace in with schools and little league teams and adult softball teams where we can really come in and be a part of the community,” said Cecil.

Cecil went on to explain why Liberty Township is an ideal development market for Beef 'O' Brady's.

“Obviously, with (Liberty Center) there, that’s drawn a bunch of traffic up there, so it’s really kind of getting on the coat tails of that thing,” he said. “They’re doing a lot of great things, Liberty Twp., and we want to be a part of it," said Cecil.

Beef O’Brady’s offers a full menu of thin-crust pizza, Angus burgers, award-winning jumbo wings, flatbreads, burritos, wraps, soups and salads along with a kids’ menu and a full bar for adults. It also recently introduced new selections including quinoa and a Mediterranean salad.
